the reception staff were helpful and polite , i found nothing was too much trouble for them. nakul at the front desk provided amazing service. the location is excellent , as it is a short walk from boscombe beach. the room was super clean and well-kept , i appreciated that.

the staff was friendly and very cute. the room was clean and tidy. the shower was really good and the price was fair.

The room had cobwebs. i could hear the person upstairs move a lot. It was disturbing. the pillows were too thin and not very comfortable.

the reception staff was friendly and informative. they operate a 24-hour reception. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were warm.

the shower was far too small. the tv constantly lost the picture on bbc1. the noise of the radiator filling was bad and we turned them off, as the hotel was quite cold.
